1. Eligibility

Offroad Products Expo Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Sweepstakes is not valid in Rhode Island, New York, Florida, or where prohibited. Employees of Offroad Products Expo, their advertising and promotion agencies, and their parent corporations, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, assigns or any entity connected with this Sweepstakes as well as their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Offroad Products Expo, located at 11905 Timber Creek Road, North Little Rock, AR 72118.

3. Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

4. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on January 02, 2023 at 12:01 am CST and ends on January 08, 2023 at 3:00 pm CST. Entries that are submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Sweepstakes using the following method: Online entry.

5. How to Enter

Online entry: Complete the entry form during the Sweepstakes Period. The entry form can be found by visiting https://woorise.com/ope2023/giveaway or by scanning the QR code, which will direct the prospective entrant to that website. The QR code will be displayed beginning January 06, 2023 at 2:00 pm CST and ending January 08, 2023 at 3:00 pm CST, at the Hot Springs Convention Center, 134 Convention Blvd, Hot Springs, Arkansas 71901. 

Prospective entrants must provide the following information: first name, last name, email address, telephone number, and agree to these Official Rules. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the duration of the Sweepstakes period, regardless of the method of entry. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

6. Prize Drawing

On or about January 08, 2023, at 3:00 pm CST, the Sponsor will select potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via telephone or email provided within seven (7) days after random drawing. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, the Sponsor may select an alternative potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winners will be notified by email or phone. Each potential prize winner (parent/legal guardian if a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability which must be signed and returned (along with any other documentation the Sponsor reasonably requires for prize fulfillment, such as, but not limited to, providing proof of identity, various licenses or permits) within fourteen (14) days of the initial notification or the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be determined. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to submit the required documentation within the required time period, or prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize. If the potential winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian, who will be required to sign the Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability (and other documentation) on the potential winner’s behalf and fulfill any other requirements imposed on winners set forth herein. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the prize will remain un-awarded. Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner in the next Sweepstakes. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 30 days after winner verification, except in cases of delay of availability. Sponsor is not responsible for such delays. Winners bear risk of loss or damage for failure to pick up their prizes as applicable. No prize is redeemable for cash, exchange or transfer, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, who reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of similar or greater value if any prize, or any portion thereof, is unavailable. Each winner is solely responsible for all taxes on prize and other expenses (as applicable) not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to: registration, licenses and fees, insurance, optional equipment, and all other unspecified costs associated with claiming, registering, and/or using the corresponding prize. For prizes $600 or more in value, at Sponsor’s request and before prizes can be awarded, potential winners agree to supply their Social Security number to Sponsor or Sponsor’s representative. Sponsor will report all prize winnings to the appropriate state and federal agencies as required by applicable law. Winner is responsible for all tax consequences (on any) of the prizes. Winner acknowledges this responsibility by entering the sweepstakes. If applicable, the winner will be issued and IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize. The Prize Winner is responsible for transport of Prize from an undisclosed location in the State of Arkansas. Winners acknowledge the Released Parties (as defined herein) do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of any prize except that prizes will be subject to the corresponding manufacturer’s stated warranty, if any. Limit: One prize per person or household. 

8. Prizes

Additional prize conditions, limitations, and restrictions may apply. Any difference between actual value and stated value of the prizes will not be awarded. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Winners are sole responsible for all costs, incidentals, or expense related to acceptance and use, including but not limited to installation or requested product upgrades, options, or extended warranties.  No prize substitution will be provided. Prizes are not transferrable prior to the award.

9. General Conditions

In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Sweepstakes is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process of the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney’s fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of any prize or for any suspension of the Sweepstakes or inability to implement the Sweepstakes or award the prizes as contemplated herein due to any "force majeure" event beyond its control, including delays or interruptions caused by acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, utility outages, acts of terrorism or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or regulator. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arkansas, U.S.A. without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Any claims, judgments and/or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering this sweepstakes. Entrant hereby waives any rights or claims to attorney's fees, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages of entrant, whether foreseeable or not and whether based on negligence or otherwise. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use each winner's name, photograph, video, comment, hometown, likeness, and prize won (all at Sponsor's discretion) for future advertising, publicity in any and all media now or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, release, or permission. 

10. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants on their behalf, and on behalf of their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns ("Releasing Parties"), release, defend and hold harmless Sponsor, any entity involved in the fulfillment of the prizes or the administration of the Sweepstakes, and their respective employees, parent corporations, subsidiaries, affiliates, assigns, officers, directors and agents of each ("Released Parties"), from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, extent, executions, claims and demands whatsoever, in law, admiralty or equity, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, against Released Parties which any one or more of the Releasing Parties ever had, now have or hereafter can, shall or may have which in any way arise out of or result from entrant's participation, acceptance and use or misuse of any prize, including property damage, personal injury or death. In no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorney’s fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized by the Sweepstakes.

11. Disputes

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Arkansas. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Arkansas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Arkansas.

12. Privacy

Information collected from the entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy. This information may be shared with Sweepstake sponsors. 

13. Winner List

To request the name of the winners send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to 11905 Timber Creek Road, North Little Rock, AR, 72118. Winner List request will only be accepted after the promotion end date (listed above).
